Delete your Speakio account

You can request deletion of your Speakio account and its associated learning data from the app or from this page, even if you no longer have the app installed.

Request in the app

Open Speakio → Profile → Delete account → Request deletion. This opens an email request to our support team. We verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it.

Request by email

Email speakio.info@gmail.com from the address linked to your Speakio account. Put “Speakio Data Deletion Request” in the subject. If you cannot use that address, tell us in the message so we can verify account ownership another way. Do not send passwords or card details.

Delete specific data while keeping your account

You can also request deletion of a conversation, learning history or other personal data without closing your account. Email speakio.info@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, describe the data you want removed, and say that you want to keep your account. We verify ownership before acting. Some purchase, security or legal records may need to be retained while required, and deleting learning history may affect personalization.

What happens next

We verify ownership, then delete the account and associated personal learning data. We may retain only specific records needed for legal obligations, payment disputes or fraud prevention, and delete them when they are no longer required. Deleting your Speakio account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription; cancel that separately in Google Play subscriptions to stop future charges.
